Three Bobcaygeon Residents Facing Drug Charges, Two Were Already Out On Bail At The Time

KAWARTHA LAKES-City of Kawartha Lakes OPP charged three peopl with drug trafficking-related charges following an investigation at a traffic stop.

Police say a motor vehicle was stopped in Bobcaygeon and an investigation commenced on September 09, 2023 just after 9:21pm. As a result, the driver and two passengers in the vehicle were arrested and charged.

Adrian Walendzewicz, 46 years old of Bobcaygeon, was charged with Possession of a Schedule I substance for the purpose of trafficking – Cocaine, Possession of Proceeds of Property Obtained by Crime Over $5,000 – Cash, Having Care and Control of Motor Vehicle with Liquor Readily Available.

41-year-old Aliza Hotchkin of Bobcaygeon, was charged with, Possession of a Schedule I substance for the purpose of trafficking – Cocaine, Possession of Proceeds of Property Obtained by Crime Over $5,000 – Cash, Failure to Comply with Undertaking.

Christopher Ferguson, 44 years old of Bobcaygeon, was charged with Possession of a Schedule I substance for the purpose of trafficking – Cocaine, Possession of Proceeds of Property Obtained by Crime Over $5,000 – Cash, Failure to Comply with Undertaking

The accused are scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Lindsay at a later date.
