ONTARIO-Charges have been laid following an incident at an Ontario government office in Toronto.
On Thursday, September 3, 2026, at approximately 8:00 a.m., officers from the Queen’s Park OPP responded to a report of suspicious activity at a government office.
As a result of the investigation a 36-year-old from Toronto, was arrested and charged with the following Criminal Code offences:
- Mischief under $5,000, section 430(11)
- Theft under $5,000, section 322(1)(a)
- Breaking and entering, section 348(1)(b)
The accused was released from custody and is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Toronto on Friday, October 16, 2026.
