ONTARIO-The Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement (R.O.P.E.) Squad is requesting the public’s assistance in locating a federal offender wanted on a Canada Wide Warrant as a result of a breach of his Statutory Release.
Land is described as Indigenous male, 40 years old, 6′ ft (185 cm), 196 lbs(89 kg), black hair and brown eyes with a tattoo of feathers and a bear paw on his right upper arm, scar on the top of his head and scar on the back of his head.
He is serving a 5-years, 3 months and 20 day sentence for;
- Possession of a Schedule I/II Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking
- Dangerous Operation Causing Death
- Accident resulting in Death
- Carry Concealed Weapon x2
- Possession of a Weapon Contrary to a Prohibition Order
- Obstruct Peace Officer
- Possessesion of a Weapon for a Dangerous Purpose
- Uttering Threats to Cause Death
The offender is known to frequent Ottawa. Â
