KAWARTHA LAKES-The City of Kawartha Lakes OPP is seeking assistance in identifying the individuals shown in this image in relation to an ongoing theft investigation in Fenelon Falls.
The photo was taken August 24, 2026.
Investigators believe these individuals may have information that could assist with the investigation involving stolen artwork from a local exhibition.
