Tim Hortons Smile Cookie Campaign In Lindsay Will Support Kawartha Lakes Food Source And Ross Memorial Hospital

KAWARTHA LAKES-Tim Hortons Smile Cookies will be the ultimate comfort food in Lindsay
as 100% of the proceeds from cookie sales will fuel care and fight
hunger, supporting needs at Kawartha Lakes Food Source and Ross Memorial
Hospital.

Tim Hortons spring Smile Cookie campaign runs from April 27 to
May 3.

The teams at Ross Memorial Hospital Foundation and Kawartha Lakes Food
Source say they are grateful to Nick and Meaghan Chapman, owners of the six Tim
Hortons restaurants in Lindsay, for selecting their organizations as their partner charities
during the spring Smile Cookie campaign.

“We are so fortunate to live in a community like Kawartha Lakes,
where people care about their neighbours and genuinely want the best for
each other. Meaghan and I are happy to give back with support for two
great causes that provide important services to so many,” said Nick
Chapman, who adds that their four children were born at the Ross.

During the week of April 27 to May 3, when patrons buy Smile Cookies at
any of the Tim Hortons restaurants in Lindsay, they will be supporting
advancements in patient care and food security in our community.

“We know how much can be accomplished when a community comes
together,” said Ashley Anderson, KLFS Executive Director. “We’re
proud to partner with RMH Foundation and grateful for the support this
campaign brings to people in our community who need it most. Thank you
to everyone who takes part!”

“During Smile Cookie week, a cookie is never just a cookie. It’s a
sign of caring and a gesture of generosity,” said Erin Coons, RMH
Foundation CEO. “We are excited to partner with Kawartha Lakes Food
Source and Tim Hortons to make this Smile Cookie campaign the best
yet.”
