KAWARTHA LAKES-Liberal leader Mark Carney will be Canada’s next Prime Minister. While the votes are still being counted it’s unclear whether the Liberals will hold a minority or a majority government.
Locally, Conservative MP Jamie Schmale held on to his seat while Michelle Ferreri lost the Peterborough riding to Liberal Emma Harrison.
