BANCROFT-The Bancroft OPP has charged one person following a disturbance.
Police say on April 21, 2025, shortly after 6:00 p.m., officers responded to a disturbance at a residence in the Town of Bancroft. One person was arrested at the scene.
A 22-year-old male from Bancroft has been charged with the following:
- Assault cause bodily harm
- Assault – two counts
The accused was released from custody and is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Bancroft at a later date.
