ONTARIO-The Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement (R.O.P.E.) Squad is requesting the public’s assistance in locating a Federal Offender wanted on a Canada Wide Warrant as a result, of his breach of Statutory Release. Once Gares’ Statutory Release is completed, he will continue on his Long-Term Supervision Order.
Garesis described as Caucasian, Male, 44 Years Old, 5’10” (178cm), 170 LBS (77kgs), with brown hair and hazel eyes. His tattoos are as follows:
- Right Shoulder – a Dragon,
- Left Shoulder – Tribal Joker,
- Upper Back “TWISTED”,
- Right Wrist – Barbed wire/” LIFE IS SIMPLE”,
- Left Wrist – Barbed Wire/Star symbol/5/” SHY NO”,
- Right Forearm – Irish Cross.
He is serving an eight (8) month and seventeen (17) day sentence for:
- Breach of a Long-Term Supervision Order
The offender is known to frequent the Toronto area.Â
