KAWARTHA LAKES-Kawartha Lakes Police Service officer conducted a traffic stop in the area of Glenelg Street and Mill Street in Lindsay on Friday October 18th, 2024 at approximately 2:00am.
Following investigation, the driver was arrested and charged with operation while Impaired – blood alcohol concentration (80 plus).
In addition to the charge the driver received a 90 -day driver’s licence suspension and the vehicle was impounded for 7-days.
The accused will all appear at the Ontario Court of Justice located at 440 Kent Street West in Lindsay on November 28th 2024.
