KAWARTHA LAKES-A 35-year-old Selwyn Township man is facing charges after the City of Kawartha Lakes OPP responded to a traffic complaint near Fowlers Corners over the weekend.
Lawrence Titus was charged with operation while impaired-alcohol and drugs, failure or refusal to comply with demand and dangerous operation.
In addition to the charges, the driver received a 90-day licence suspension, and the motor vehicle was impounded for 7 days
Another traffic complaint over the weekend in Fenelon Falls lead to an investigation where the 17-year-old youth driver was arrested and charged with Impaired Driving offences and additional charges.

In addition to the charges, the drivers received a 90-day licence suspension, and the motor vehicle was impounded for 14 days
