UPDATE: Police say the 21-year-old driver of the car was killed. Two others were taken to hospital.
KAWARTHA LAKES-The OPP is on the scene of a serious crash on Highway 7 at Emily Park Road.
Details are scarce at the moment but police told Kawartha 411 News it is a serious crash and they are awaiting the status of those involved.
Highway 7 will remain closed at Emily Park Road to Orange Corners Rd while OPP officers and emergency crews deal with the collision scene which could be quite some time according to police.
