Dunsford Man Facing Impaired Driving Charges

PETERBOROUGH-A 33-year-old Dunsford man is facing impaired driving charges after an incident Tuesday evening.

At approximately 10:40pm on November 21, 2023, officers were called to a parking lot in the Fisher Drive and Crawford Drive area about a possible impaired driver. Upon arrival, officers learned that a male had been located slumped over the wheel of a vehicle and was being treated by EMS.  Officers say they noticed signs of impairment with the driver and some drug paraphernalia in the vehicle.

As a result of the investigation, a 33-year-old Dunsford man was arrested and charged with:

  • Operation while impaired – alcohol and drugs

No name was released. The accused was released on an undertaking and is scheduled to appear in court December 12, 2023.
