Man Attacked After Being Approached For Money At A Bank In Lindsay

KAWARTHA LAKES-A scary experience for a customer at a Lindsay bank.

On November 6, 2023, at approximately 5:50pm police were called to a Kent Street West bank about a robbery. Police say a man was depositing money at the bank when he was approached in the ATM lobby by a man requesting money. The man followed him away from the location and physically attacked him, attempting to grab his wallet before fleeing according to police.

The suspect is described as; a white male, wearing a black hooded sweater, black pants and brown shoes.
