OPP Looking For Offender Serving Time For Attempted Murder

KAWARTHA LAKES-The Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement (R.O.P.E.) Squad is requesting the public’s assistance in locating a federal offender wanted on a Canada-wide warrant as a result of his breach of statutory release.

Delton Parchment is described as a male black, 33 years of age, 6’1, 181 lbs with brown hair and brown eyes. He has a tattoo on his left wrist with the word “rebel”.

He is serving a 2-year, 11 month and 9 Day sentence for Attempt to Commit Murder using a Restricted/Prohibited Firearm, Possession of a Restricted/Prohibited Firearm with Ammunition, Discharge a Firearm into or at a Place in a Reckless Manner, Possession of Weapon Contrary to Prohibition Order, Possession of Firearm or Ammunition Contrary to Prohibition Order, and Possession of a Weapon for a Dangerous Purpose.

The offender is known to frequent the Cities of Toronto and Brampton, ON.
