KAWARTHA LAKES-Kawartha Lakes Police officers charged a driver after responding to a motor vehicle collision Friday evening.
On Friday, October 27, 2023 at 8:30pm, police responded to a two-vehicle collision in the area of Kent Street West and Angeline Street North. No injuries were reported.
As a result of the investigation, a 31-year-old Lindsay man has been charged with Operation while impaired – alcohol and drugs and Operation while impaired- blood alcohol concentration (80 plus). No name was released.
The accused will appear at the Ontario Court of Justice located at 440 Kent Street West in Lindsay on December 7, 2023.
