Ennismore Man Wins $50,000 In DAILY KENO

PETERBOROUGH-Stephen Vance of Ennismore won $50,000 win in the July 14 DAILY KENO 8 MIDDAY draw.

Stephen, a 63-year-old father and grandfather, said he’s been playing the lottery for about 40 years. He especially enjoys playing DAILY KENO, LOTTO 6/49, and ONTARIO 49. “I’ve been playing DAILY KENO for 25 years,” he shared while at the OLG Prize Centre in Toronto to pick up his windfall.

It was a seemingly regular day when the retiree checked his ticket on the OLG App and discovered his big win. “My son helped me start the prize claim process,” he recounted.

Stephen remained calm as he shared the news with his wife. “She was overjoyed and couldn’t believe it,” he said. “Everyone I’ve told has been so happy.”

Stephen hasn’t made any major plans with his winnings just yet. “It’s a nice feeling – I’m not going to lie,” he smiled. “I look forward to the benefits this win will provide in my retirement.”

The winning ticket was purchased at Mister Convenience on Marina Boulevard in Peterborough.
