Frost Advisory Issued For Tonight

KAWARTHA LAKES-Environment Canada has issued a frost advisory for Kawartha Lakes for this evening.

Frost may damage some crops in frost-prone areas. Temperatures will drop to near or just below the freezing mark overnight into early Thursday morning. Cover up plants, especially those in frost-prone areas.

Officials advise you to take preventative measures to protect frost-sensitive plants and trees.
