New Illuminated Forest At Ken Reid Conservation Area Open Until End Of December

KAWARTHA LAKES-It’s time to experience the Cedar Forest at Ken Reid Conservation Area like never before. The Illuminated Forest is a new holiday experience to enjoy the popular trail at night walking among hundreds of magically illuminated trees.

The Illuminated Forest runs from 5 to 9 p.m. 7 days a week until the end of December.

There is no cost to enjoy the Illuminated Forest. Parking is $4 per vehicle, excluding annual parking pass holders. Parking can be paid at the pay and display kiosk entering Ken Reid, or visitors can pay for parking using the Passport Parking Mobile App or Passport Parking website. Once you had logged in, input Zone 3181for Ken Reid Conservation Area. The Passport Parking Mobile App is available for Android and Apple.

To access the Illuminated Forest drive to the (former) beach parking lot at Ken Reid Conservation Area (drive as far as you can, staying to the right once you’ve entered Ken Reid).

Pets are welcome but must be on a leash.
