Lindsay Resident Charged With Impaired Driving

KAWARTHA LAKES-A 29-year-old Lindsay woman is facing impaired driving charges.

At 1:45  this morning a Kawartha Lakes Police Service constable on patrol observed a suspicious vehicle in Memorial Park located on Lindsay Street South in Lindsay. Police say while speaking with the driver, the officer suspected the driver’s abilities were impaired and was asked to provide a sample of their breath into an Approved Roadside Screening Device. As a result of the investigation, the driver was arrested for impaired driving. 29-year-old Jasmine Harding of Lindsay has been charged with operation while impaired – blood alcohol concentration 80 plus and one Liquor Licence and Control Act infraction. 

The accused will appear at the Ontario Court of Justice, located at 440 Kent Street West in Lindsay on December 8, 2022.
