PETERBOROUGH-A Peterborough man is facing charges after being stopped by the OPP.
Peterborough County OPP officers stopped a vehicle on Stockdale Road at approximately 9:30 p.m. on July 30, 2022. According to police the driver was found to be under the influence of alcohol and suspended from driving.
48-year-old Nathan Sims of Peterborough was arrested and charged with:
• Operation while impaired-blood alcohol concentration-80 plus
• Driving while under suspension
The accused is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Peterborough on September 1, 2022.
