Mariposa Man Charged With Criminal Harassment And Dangerous Operation Of A Vehicle

KAWARTHA LAKES-A 25-year-old Mariposa resident is facing criminal harassment and  dangerous driving charges.

Police say on April 13, 2021 at 1:45am, City of Kawartha Lakes Police Service responded to a complaint of harassment. The complainant was travelling on Highway 35 South and observed a vehicle being driven by a male known to complainant following closely behind according to police. The driver of the vehicle allegedly continued to follow, driving dangerously and police were called. Police say the accused fled the location prior to police arrival but was located in the area and arrested.

25-year-old Adam Crumb of Mariposa is charged with criminal harassment and dangerous operation. The accused will appear the Ontario Court of Justice located at 440 Kent Street West in Lindsay on May 20, 2021.
