Two Coronavirus Patients Released From Ross Memorial Hospital

KAWARTHA LAKES-Two Coronavirus patients have been released from Ross Memorial Hospital.

The hospital had 7 Coronavirus patients but with two being discharged that will leave five being treated at the Ross Memorial Hospital.

Two people are in ICU and are on ventilators. The hospital has 9 ICU beds and 8 ventilators. This will free up beds for possible transfer of patients from areas hard hit by the virus.

On Tuesday the Haliburton Kawartha Pine Ridge District Health Unit reported zero new cases in Kawartha Lakes after many days of increasing numbers.
