KAWARTHA LAKES-Kawartha 411 News has learned one person has died and a firefighter was injured in a fire near Carden this morning.
Details are few at this time but it’s believed the injured firefighter is expected to be ok according to our sources. Crews are still on the scene off of Monck Road North West of Lake Dalrymple. The Ontario fire Marshalls Office has been called in to investigate.
Deputy Chief Cameron Smith told Kawartha 411 News he could not comment as the fire is under investigation.
