KAWARTHA LAKES-A 57 year old man is facing an alcohol related driving charge after the OPP was called to a residence on Fleetwood Road.
Police say the party concerned had left the residence prior to police arrival. However, the alleged party was located and a vehicle stop conducted. After the initial investigation, officers determined that the driver had been consuming alcohol.
As a result of the investigation, David Brown, 57 years of age, was arrested and charged with the Criminal Code offence of Operation while impaired – blood alcohol concentration (80 plus).
