KAWARTHA LAKES- Tuesday night at approximately 6:30pm, officers from the City of Kawartha Lakes OPP responded to a single vehicle collision on Highway 35 south of Cameron.
Following an investigation the driver, 59 year old, Allan Coulson of Fenelon Falls is charged with the Driving While Ability Impaired by Drug,Dangerous Operation of a Motor Vehicle,Driving While Under Suspension,Possess Unmarked Cigarettes.
