Peterborough woman charged after police chase

PETERBOROUGH-A 21 year old Peterborough woman is facing a number of charges after a police chase on July 21st.

Police say they pursued a Jeep Wrangler for a short time before calling it off for public safety reasons. Officers continued to investigate and 21 year old Sage Bartman of McDonnel Street was charged with Dangerous Operation of a Motor Vehicle, Flight while Pursued by Peace Officer, Public Mischief,Possession of Property Obtained by Crime Over $5000.00 and Fail to Comply with Recognizance.

Bartman was held in custody and appeared in bail court on July 22, 2017.

She was remanded into custody and will appear in court again on July 28, 2017.
