Peterborough couple facing fraud charges

PETERBOROUGH-A Peterborough couple are facing fraud charges following an incident in late May at a Chemong Road store.

It was reported that the co-accused attended the Chemong Road Walmart and returned items that had not been originally paid for. While arresting the couple the male accused was found to be in possession of crystal meth according to Police.  

30-year-old John Thibeault of Park Street North is charged with fraud under $5000, possession of schedule 1 substance and fail to comply with a probation order.   

24-year-old Ginalisa Fusco also of Park Street North, is charged with fraud under $5000.
