DURHAM REGION-Investigators from the Durham Regional Police Human Trafficking Unit have released the photos of two men charged in a multi-jurisdictional case to ensure there are no other outstanding victims.
Police say 27-year-old from Whitby and 38-year-old Terrell Ochrym, a.k.a Turtle/Uncle of Pickering are the alleged masterminds behind the human trafficking ring that had a teen girl taken from hotel to hotel in Peterborough, Durham and the GTA to provide sexual services to paying customers according to police.
Police said one of the males, who operates under the name ‘Shiloh’, befriended the female victim and introduced her to a male nicknamed ‘Turtle/Uncle’ and they convinced her to work in the sex trade.
Upon arrest, ‘Turtle/Uncle’ was allegedly found in possession of 63 grams of cocaine, 21 grams of crack and more than $3,500 in cash on his person.
The Peterborough Police executed a search warrant in the city charging three other people.

UPDATE:The charges against the 27-year-old were withdrawn after he gave police a statement according to the Welland Tribune.
Ochrym was convicted of two Human Trafficking charges but a judge has since ordered a new trial according to the Tribune.
