“OLG has very detailed information about this winning ticket. However, because the ticket was purchased at a lottery retailer, we don’t know the identity of the person or group that purchased it. As with all OLG prize claims, a review process is conducted to determine the rightful ownership of the ticket.” said OLG in a news release.
If you believe you purchased this winning LOTTO MAX ticket, please go to the OLG.ca Unclaimed Tickets page to fill in your information to start the claim or contact OLG at 1-800-387-0098.
OLG lottery players are encouraged to check places where they typically store their tickets, such as clothing pockets, personal accessories (e.g., handbags, backpacks, wallets, and computer bags), vehicle glove compartments or sun visors, and kitchen, bedroom or office drawers.
As Grey County is a popular destination for tourists and cottagers, someone visiting the area may have purchased the ticket and forgotten to check it after returning home.
If you find the ticket from the October 28, 2025 LOTTO MAX draw, or you have any lottery ticket you would like to check, you can easily do so using the OLG App, an OLG self-checker in store, or the lottery terminal at any authorized retailer.
