KAWARTHA LAKES-The City of Kawartha Lakes Opp is looking for assistance from the public in locating a trailer that was stolen from a farm in Fenelon Township.
On Thursday September 17, 2026, City of Kawartha Lakes OPP officers received a call regarding a livestock trailer being reported as stolen from a farm on Highway 35, in Fenelon Township.
Upon arrival, officers spoke with the complainant who advised that the trailer was there the last time they were at the property which was in July of this year. When the complainant returned to the property in early September, they noticed the trailer was gone.
The trailer is described as a 1994 Real DXR Livestock (Cattle) trailer. The trailer is a fifth-wheel style and had a lock on the gooseneck. The trailer has a black roof with silver and faded red on the sides. An Ontario licence plate of H49 09W was on the trailer and the VIN is 2R9G8LC22R1020317. A variety of tools and equipment were stored in the trailer.
