peterborough County-The Peterborough County OPP is looking for assistance from the public in locating a pickup truck stolen in Douro-Dummer Township.
On Thursday August 27, 2026, at approximately 3:45pm, Peterborough County OPP officers received a call regarding a pickup truck being reported as stolen from a residence on Douro Fourth Line in Douro-Dummer Township.
Upon arrival, officers spoke with the complainant who advised that the vehicle was last seen in the driveway at approximately 5:00am when a family member left for work and was noticed missing when they returned at 3:30pm.
The vehicle is described as a black 2009 GMC Sierra with a red tailgate and Ontario licence plate BL94839.
