KAWARTHA LAKES-Northumberland OPP officers have charged a Lindsay man in connection with an indecent act investigation.
On August 27, 2026, OPP received a report that an individual had exposed themselves while at a commercial premises on 1st Line Road in the Township of Alnwick/Haldimand.
The incident occurred earlier that day, and the individual had left the area prior to police arrival.
As a result of the investigation, one individual was arrested on August 28, 2026.
A 22-year-old from Lindsay has been charged with:
–Â Â Â Â Â Â Indecent act – public place
–Â Â Â Â Â Â Fail to comply with probation order
The accused was held for bail to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Cobourg.
