KAWARTHA LAKES-Together for Justice is now available at the Community Integrated Care Hub in Lindsay!
The Hub is a low-barrier space where individuals can attend virtual court, receive justice system navigation, and connect with wraparound support such as housing, healthcare, meals, technology, harm reduction, and more. Together for Justice virtual court support is run by The John Howard Society and Canadian Mental Health Association.
They are currently accepting referrals from community partners for individuals who would benefit from attending court in a safe, supportive environment.
“Together, we’re improving access to justice and helping people access the supports they need.”said the group.
Virtual Court Support is available on Thursday’s from 9-4 at the Hub, 22 Peel Street in Lindsay.
