KAWARTHA LAKES-Flags at City Hall have been lowered to half-mast honouring long-time staff member.
“It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our fellow colleague, Ruth Hall. A long-time staff member, Ruth worked at Victoria Manor Long Term Care. Our condolences are extended to Ruth’s family, friends, and co-workers.” said the City of Kawartha Lakes.
The flags at Kawartha Lakes City Hall and Municipal Service Centres will be lowered to half-mast, and will remain lowered until Monday June 29, 2026
