Lloyd said he’s been a loyal LOTTO MAX player for the past 10 years and this is his first big win. “I always add ENCORE to my tickets,” he shared while at the OLG Prize Centre in Toronto to collect his windfall.
“After the draw, I checked it using the OLG app and was completely shocked. I couldn’t believe what I was seeing! My heart started racing, and I kept looking back at the screen to make sure I wasn’t imagining it.”
For now, Lloyd plans to save and invest his winnings.
When asked to describe the experience of winning big, he said, “It’s absolutely incredible — like a dream come true. Words can’t fully explain how grateful I am. I’m overwhelmed with happiness and pure excitement. This is a moment I’ll never forget.”
OLG says the winning ticket was purchased at Mum’s Mini Mart on Sturgeon Road in Dunsford.
