OPP Seeking Public Assistance In Break And Enter Investigation

NORTHUMBERLAND-The Northumberland OPP is investigating a break and enter and is asking for the public’s assistance.

On January 12, 2026, at approximately 1:00 am, police received a report of a break and enter that occurred in the Municipality of Port Hope. The accused fled with a large sum of cash, a Louis Vuitton purse, a designer watch, and two vintage Canadian $100 bills.

Police are seeking any information that may assist with this investigation. Images of the stolen items are being released. If you recognize these items and have any information about their whereabouts, or if you, or anyone you know, has information regarding this incident, please contact the Northumberland OPP at 1-888-310-1122, referencing occurrence E260049994.
