Significant snow continues with total snowfall amounts of 8 to 12 cm this afternoon into this evening.

Snow will continue this afternoon and end from west to east through this evening. For many areas the heaviest snow will end by 6 P.M. Snow will locally be heavy at times this afternoon resulting in areas of reduced visibility. Ice pellets may mix in with the snow this afternoon. Reports of 7 to 10 cm have been received as of 3 P.M. Travel will likely be challenging. Roads and walkways will likely be difficult to navigate due to accumulating snow. Visibility will likely be reduced at times. Allow extra time for travel.
