NORTHUMBERLAND-Officers from the Northumberland OPP are seeking public assistance to locate a missing person.
Police are attempting to locate Hinke LOEWEN-RUDGERS, a missing 48-year-old. This individual was last seen in near Campbellford, on Percy Boom Road, on November 24, 2025. Hinke is described as 5’5″ in height, medium build, has brown hair and wears glasses. The individual is believed to be wearing a white jacket, blue jeans, and running shoes.
