ONTARIO-The Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement (R.O.P.E.) Squad is requesting the public’s assistance in locating a federal offender wanted on a Canada Wide Warrant as a result of a breach of their Statutory Release.
Troy Parson is described as a white male, 36 years of age, 6’3″ (191 cm), 185 lbs (84kg) with brown hair and green eyes. He has several Tattoos:
- Upper back – ‘Parsons’
- Neck – ‘wasted youth’
- Right hand – ‘Sherry Lynn’
- Both hands – Skull with sword
- Left hand – ‘Loyalty’
- Both legs – Skull
- Chest – ‘Rage’ & ‘Love’.
Parson is serving 2 years, 3 months and a 6-day sentence for:
- Possession Schedule I Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking
- Possession of a Weapon for Dangerous Purpose
- Possess Weapon Contrary to Prohibition Order
- Possess Prohibited Weapon Knowing its Unauthorized
The offender is known to frequent the Greater Toronto Area, Cambridge, Kitchener and Brantford.
