ONTARIO-The Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement (R.O.P.E.) Squad is requesting the public’s assistance in locating a federal offender wanted on a Canada Wide Warrant as a result of a breach of their Statutory Release.
Jeffrey Sparks is described as a Caucasian Male, 67 years old, 5’11” (180cm), 209lbs (94kgs), grey hair, and hazel eyes with Tattoos of a Praying Mantis on his left forearm, and Praying Hands on his left Arm.
He is serving a 19 year, 8 month, and 22 day sentence for:
- Possession of Break In Instruments
- Mischief in Relation to Other Property
- Possession of Property Obtained by Crime – Over $5000
- Dangerous Operation of Motor Vehicle
- Flight while Pursued by Peace Officer
- Attempt Indictable Offence
- Break and Enter with Intent to Commit Indicatable Offence
- Break and Enter and Commit Indicatable Offence
- Theft Under $5000
- Impaired Driving
- Fail to Provide Breath/Blood Sample
- Assault with a Weapon
- Theft of Motor Vehicle
Police say the offender is known to frequent Toronto, Newmarket, Oshawa, and Durham Ontario & Gatineau, Quebec.
