KAWARTHA LAKES-The City of Kawartha Lakes OPP, with the assistance from ROPE (OPP Provincial Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement) located a male wanted on multiple warrants and brought him into custody.
On Wednesday September 10, 2025 the ROPE team located and arrested an accused in Toronto, who was wanted on multiple warrants out of the City of Kawartha Lakes. The charges stem from incidents in the spring and summer of 2025. Substances believed to be drugs were seized during the arrest.
Joshua Campbell, 37-year-old of Lindsay, was charged with:
- Possession of Property Obtained by Crime over $5,000
- Operation While Prohibited under the Criminal Code
- Fail to Attend Court While on Release Order
- Fail to Comply with Probation Order x2
- Adult Unlawfully at Large
The accused was held in custody for a bail hearing.
