KAWARTHA LAKES-An 88-year-old Bobcaygeon man is facing charges after an incident in Peterborough Tuesday night.
At approximately 11:00pm on August 26, 2025, officers were called to a business parking lot on Chemong Road after a male reported a man had attempted to solicit him from his vehicle.
As a result of the investigation, an 88-year-old Bobcaygeon man was arrested and charged with:
- Indecent Act- public place
The accused was released on an undertaking and scheduled to appear in court October 7, 2025.
