KAWARTHA LAKES-The Fenelon Falls library is getting a bit of a facelift! The City says it is upgrading the roof and replacing the Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Roof Top Units (RTU).
The library is open throughout the construction project but there will be limited parking available to the public.
Residents may also experience some noise disruptions during the work.
Officials say the roof of the building is in need of replacement as it has reached its end of life. Replacement of the HVAC units will provide residents with a more comfortable space that has better climate control. The new units will also increase energy efficiency in the building.
