KAWARTHA LAKES-The Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement (R.O.P.E.) Squad says a Federal Offender who went unlawfully at large on April 24, 2025, has been apprehended in Toronto.
Justin SMITH was located and arrested by the Toronto Police Service.
SMITHÂ is serving a 3-year, 1 day, sentence for;
- Robbery (Two Counts)
- Assault with a Weapon
- Assault Peace Officer
- Possession Weapon for a Dangerous Purpose
- Fail To Attend Court
- Fail To Comply with Probation Order
- Fail To Comply with Order-At Large
Smith was know to frequent Lindsay and Peterborough.
