Traffic Complaint Leads To Impaired Driving Charge

PETERBOROUGH-Officers from the Peterborough County OPP have charged an individual with impaired driving after being stopped as a result of a traffic complaint.

34-year-old Robert Egan of Hastings, ON., was arrested and charged with;

·      Operation while impaired – blood alcohol concentration (80 plus)

The accused had their drivers licence suspended for 90-days, and their vehicle impounded for seven days and is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Peterborough on May 27, 2025
