KAWARTHA LAKES-Renovations at the Lindsay Municipal Service Centre (City Hall, 26 Francis Street, Lindsay) are now complete, following several months of work to modernize and enhance the space.
The project, which began in October 2024, focused on improving accessibility, updating the layout of the service area, and enhancing both the customer service experience and the delivery of municipal services. The municipality thanks community members for their patience and understanding during the renovation period.
The updated space is designed to better support a welcoming, accessible, and efficient experience for all who visit for in-person service.
“The Lindsay Municipal Service Centre is one of four key locations where residents, businesses, and visitors connect with municipal services across Kawartha Lakes. With renovations now complete, we are proud to offer a modern, accessible space in Lindsay where the community can complete transactions, access services, and receive assistance. We encourage everyone to visit and experience how our Customer Service team is here to support you. We look forward to serving you,” said Brandon Clarkson, Manager, Customer Service.
