Police Investigating Fail To Remain Crash In Lindsay

KAWARTHA LAKES-Kawartha Lakes Police officers are investigating a Fail to Remain Collision from December 23rd 2024.

The collision happened around 2:45pm in the intersection of Angeline Street and Colborne Street in Lindsay. Police say a white pick-up truck struck two vehicles and left the scene of the accident.  The truck was being driven by an elderly male and was last seen west bound on Colborne Street.

If you have any dash cam video or any information that would assist with identifying the white Pick-Up, please contact police at 705-324-5252.  Police want to remind people that if you are involved in an accident, it is against the law to just drive away and leave the scene.  You must remain on scene exchange information with other drivers involved and await emergency services if they are required.

If damage to a vehicle exceeds $2,000 or there is damage to other property like a fence or traffic sign, the accident must be reported to police.
