KAWARTHA LAKES-A magical weekend of twinkling lights, wagon rides, hot chocolate and ho ho ho’s kicks off tonight in Bobcayeon. The 27th annual Festival of Trees at Kawartha Settlers Village runs all weekend. 85 Dunn Street is where you will find all the action. Find out more in the video below.
