KAWARTHAS-A 45-year-old Curve Lake man is facing an impaired charge after an incident Wednesday afternoon.
At approximately 4:30pm on October 23, 2024, officers received a call about a vehicle being driven erratically including driving into oncoming traffic and then almost going off the road. Officers arrived in the area and conducted a traffic stop on Park Street near Rink Street.
As a result of the investigation, a 45-year-old Curve Lake man was arrested and charged with Operation while impaired – Drugs.The accused was issued an automatic 90-day license suspension and seven-day vehicle impoundment.
The accused was released on an appearance notice and will appear in court December 3, 2024.
