PETERBOROUGH-A 65-year-old Peterborough man is facing several voyeurism charges after incidents at a Peterborough business in early September.
Officers with the Investigative Services branch were assigned to the case after staff at the Winner’s store reported at least three incidents of a male using his phone to look up a female’s skirt on Sunday, September 1, 2024, between 2:15pm and 3:00pm.
On October 4, 2024, officers executed a search warrant at a Peterborough residence and as a result of warrant and investigation, a 65-year-old Peterborough man was arrested and charged with three counts of voyeurism.
The accused was held in custody and appeared in court October 4, 2024, and will be back in court on October 22, 2024.
